What I'm doing now
I live in London, work at Winnow, and try to focus on these things:
(in order of time spent)
- working full time as senior product manager for Winnow: cutting food waste in half by helping restaurants cook smarter
- a third of the food produced in the world goes to waste - we use computer vision to identify and ultimately reduce food waste
- making a lovely home in SE London with my partner, looking forward to see my rhubarb grow to harvest (which will take two years...)
- building on my Python skills (where does time go?!) using data science and machine learning as the vehicle
- after recently winning a long battle against shoulder pain, were drawn into skirmishes with lower back pain (slipped disc), and as soon as I got on top of that my right foot gave up the ghost... is this what growing old feels like?
- aiming to get back to regular and pain free CrossFit training
- also doing, when foot allows:
- fitness boxing at 1Rebel
- (failing to find time for) bare bow archery at ArcheryFit
- (no longer, really...) bouldering at the biscuit factory in Bermondsey
- reading good books
- pondering the future
